Anupam changed his company policy as daily. He doesn't leave any single chance to cut down employees salary. You will feel very unsecur since your first day of your joining. Employer is very doubt on employees.

Likes

The boss is very flexible with pay and hours. The team is open to suggestions and constructive criticism. Everyone is very reasonable, except a few here and there. If you do get accepted into this job, do put forth your best effort and imagine how many people's lives you can impact in a positive light. I love the mission of this company and the positive work environment.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but it can be challenging to work with some people. It can sometimes be stressful, but it's not too hard if you show your best. I rarely have to work long hours; however, I have seen that some people procrastinate on essential assignments and have to work into the night.

Likes

The work environment is amazing and encourages innovation. The management team is very supportive of each individual professional growth. I would not have left unless I had to leave for medical emergency.

Nothing I can think of. I really enjoyed my experience there.

Amazing people and management. The management goes out of the way to support their employees.

Dislikes

Nothing I can think of. There was a time when they should have removed an employee quickly but they gave him enough chances to improve and management provided him personal mentoring to help that individual. I have never seen that level of involvement with the management to help a candidate who is not working out. Please get rid of bad hires quickly.

Management and every inch of the company premises, broken chair ac were not repaired dusing summers on 2019, broken chairs , smelly wash rooms, old and ancient furniture, paint falling off walls, old rental pcs
