Working at Sagenext Infotech Pvt. Ltd. has been a great experience! The company excels in cloud hosting for tax and accounting software like QuickBooks. In my one year there, I enjoyed work-life balance and supportive seniors who encouraged learning and collaboration. It's a fantastic place for growth.

The company is saturated in Gorakhpur Uttar Pradesh and Gorakhpur is not a developed city for IT Companies.

Everyone is friendly, so it is a hospitable environment.

Dislikes

You can do lot of work still won't be appreciated, especially if you are in technical field. The management is clueless about most of the things and it is a startup which will surely go down the drain unless some decisive and brilliant mind comes and takes over management.

Being a part of Zoylee/Sagenext is really great. Work life balance is great, even you can do various skills development courses and activities which helps the organisation along with sharing of your ideas and vision are highly welcomed. There is no seniority or barrier between employees and senior level management.

Dislikes

The decision making process is slow but what the organisation has promised or said will surely be done as things are to be lined up according to priority wise.

It was my first company and I learned manything from sagenext, their employees and management. SageNext is best company for lerner. Basically seniors are very positive and helpful. Work environment is good also.
