Good company to start carrier in consulting field. No too much work pressure.

Dislikes

Stipend for first 3 months is 10000 only and also during the first one year, the salary will credited on 10th of every month. All my rents and EMI are due between 30th to 5th. If they pay salary on 10th how can I adjust them? This is the one thing that I dont like about this company.

Working in sage was good, they help me to upgrade my abilities. But the salary and promotion they do same for all the employees, it doesn't depend on your performance

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
