The flexibility in working hours, their leaves policy, and their work environment.

The compensation, the annual increment infrastructure, the work alignment, cutting down on cost since pandemic and employee benefits, makes one being in pit of unjustified work conditions. The management tries to show they care, but instead they find the solution to avoid the issue. The work isn't justified as per compensation. Better for freshers to come in get experience and move within 2 years. Few senior managers do not even know their work and earning lakhs being older in the company. Better give the people who do the real work and production not the ones who give useless life examples and doesn't know about the process.

Found a hint of dissatisfaction from older employees in mid-senior roles. Probably due to their inability to grow within the organization.
