Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Once I injured in the company and took half day leave, and because of I am on contractual basis company did not wants me to pay that half day salary. Company did not give any kind of facility not even safety shoes. Senior employees pulls us back if they think that we will take their places. No growth is possible in that company.
