...s decided by them only. All other managers, engineers are like puppet to them. Moreover, they all time think of cutting your salary. In mess, there is no facility of diet off. You have to pay for whole month even if you ate only for 3 - 4 days in that month. Moreover, they cut company's share of PF from your salary along with yours. This is inhumane.

...ules and policies given to employees at the time of joining. Very less holidays. When our associates' offices are closed, we spend time in our offices for the sake of salary. Responsibilities are not defined. This creates friction among workers. Biased attitude of seniors towards some subordinates. Hard work and dedication just doesn't matter here. If we work positively and try to be as quick as we can in our tasks, we get no or very little recognition.

Involvement of seniors at grass root level. Have less faith in the decision making capabilities of managers. Never gives chance to take individual decisions. Leave policy needs to revamp

The company not supported me in covid -19 .The company terminate me from my job so I am not happy with the company policies, they terminate you without giving you prior notice, The workload is so much and the company are not appreciate your efforts .

Well I've almost completed 5+ yrs. and till now I've learned a lot working with growing company is kind of good learning doing all the things by your own and find the solution of problems or issues and troubleshooting. I love to do these kind of job just sitting and doing nothing is not my kind of work.

Well difficult to say wrong word because you are working with growing company but some where you'll feel the MNCs culture and facility is far better even in my last 5 yrs i couldn't take more than 2 or 3 days leave because you have lot of pressure and responsibility and can't leave like that it's too much work and less hand that hurts you more and of curse if not get increment what you've expected after doing that much work hurts more and i want 5 days working which is not possible to get here.
