I would like to give a negative rating to a software company that has not been paying salaries on time, enforcing bond agreements, making freshers work hard during training periods, counting training time as work time, and misbehaving with some seniors. The company hires a lot of freshers at minimum salary and during the training period, they say it is for training purposes only. However, after one month of completion, they forcefully assign live projects to the trainees.
