Salary structure different from other companies. There is no existing reward or incentive program in place for employee personality development. Additionally, when employees decide to leave the company, the HR department does not inquire about their reasons for departure.

Compensation is not up to mark and growth is also slow.Work pressure is very high as I have attend client call late nite also.Also have to more than the work subjects.

The company is open to innovation. I love the fact that I am a part of the team. The work is satisfactory but salary was unsatisfactory.

I was pressured to work lot of hours. I was able to work lot of hours but salary was unsatisfactory for my work. This was the main reason that I dont like.
