Forces employees to work 12-16 hours a day without giving any extra pay. Unprofessional/ threatening behavior from managers and poor trainings for those who join the company. Not a good place to work in terms of professionalism and work-life balance.

Job security is poor and work culture is good and it depends upon the managers and the company policies are good and your shift allowances are good.

...l be very less and the job security is poor an there will be some career growth. Salary will be reasonable and good. Politics will be high and the work environment and work life balance are good.

The working hours are flexible.

Dislikes

1. Compensation is not good. Men are paid way better than women for the same job. 2. They don't care about your skill set or interests. They put you on any project purely based on manpower requirement. 3. There is too much politics. They will cancel your employment any time they want to. No job security. Job security is assured only if you sign a bond. 4. Both technical and HR managements are very very poor. They don't care about the employees. Employees do not get any recognition, respect, or appropriate compensation for the work they do. 5. There is a constant trend seen in employees leaving the company.

Flexible working hours is available to all employees. I have colleagues from all cultural background. One can be able to maintain work life balance.

Dislikes

...will be switching to another project. One have to gather knowledge on their own. Salary is ok, but appraisal is very bad. Means one will be suppose to work on their first salary only for next 4-6 years. Career growth is available only for opportunistic manager fav.
