Yes why because salary not satisfied and management the way of treating people not good especially production manager. ( Suresh) and line leaders and warehouse supervisor he is talking rude to operator

Foreign people management, ethics by foreign personnel, supervisor help, good colleagues

Worst HR. HR don't has moral values, ethics. HR Mgr creates problems all time and forms small unions/ small groups and encourages only those people to get benefits. HR Mgr insults all our operators except his favorites. He takes care 5 to 6 favorite people for all types of events and benefits, even to recruitment drives. Also considers those 5 to 6 people for new jobs. All people and departments feel sad about this but no one talks because they blackmail people. I didn't see worst hr than this. No help to employees and everytime insult for small thing even. All politics by hr and many of my friends Left company and joined another company's. Also many talented engineers, all departments employees left due to hr politics. Hr is having no work and only daily scolding by saying some worst hr rules. Hr always use foreigners names to blame us. Hr Mgr always roam around females only. Hr helped one favorite lady by collecting donations but recently one employee met road accident then no help by hr because he don't like her. Partiality. Hr don't give importance to even white collars also. Many good people resigned and some people also plan to leave because of hr. Foreign company work environment damaged by hr. Even in bus transport also hr create problems, one employee brother scolded by hr team employee on road and then employee resigned immediately. Sad to say this but it is true. There are many such worst things but place is not sufficient here. Pls save us from hr, request to french people from us.

I worked one year ago.
Only one dislike: HR members of HR manager (KK) and HR assistant manager (SM) . These two are destroying company and careers of innocent people. They tried on me too but I ditched them. These two Making many bad things and favoring 3 to 5 people only in shopfloor to become good positions. Their strategy is to make blue collars who listen to them(3 to 5 people) into all departments so that they bypass all rules of company which they are doing it now. I got call from one of my friend old colleague for job referrals because of these two making spoiling of work environment in entire company. It's Bad ... and management is not in position to identify it because they are being guarded by one women manager in management team.

Due to management failures like lack of material on time we are forced to work overtime on Saturday
