The Company is open to innovation and readily adopts new technologies. I love the fact that i am a part of team that markets reliable, High quality products and has a global client base. As a result we can travel abroad for onsite, Especially to France and Canada. But onsite travel completely depends on our project and client location.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, But growth is slow. The work pressure is vary high. sometimes we have to work 14 to 18 hours in a day as we need to attend client calls and to deliver product on time. we do receive appreciations emails from our clients like ALSTOM, Boieng, AirBus etc. Also there is on-job trainings and tool trainings also available.

Likes

You get recognized for your hard work and that motivates you to give more without compromising on the time that you clock in and clock out. This is what I have experienced working here. Everyone is treated on the same lines here and that's why it's such a nice environment to work in.

Dislikes

HR! They are very slow. All the processes they take up are always non OTD. Appraisals and incentives are not on time always. I still have a doubt whether they are giving appraisals for the one performed year ago or two years ago. That's how lethargic they are.
