The work life balance is great. I know employees who party the entire day and work for jist 2-3 hours but you need to be Abhimanyu (CEO) or Priyanshu (Cfo)’s friend for that

So if you are not a friend of Abhimanyu or Priyanshu and have tried to enter the organisation purely on the basis of merit chances are you are going to be thrown out very soon. There is no such thing as Job security here at Safle. They hire you at good packages but only for a few months. This company is run by people who themselves lack any merit whatsoever but have rich fathers. There is no HR , leave policy, any policy for employees for that matter. The image that they portray about themselves is pure farce. They take money from investors in the pretext of some fake promises which never come true. All in all an awful place to work/invest/ be engaged with in any sort
