I had been promoted within 2 month to other section and they also provide food.

Dislikes

When I joined job they seated me in a place where there is already an employee i.e in one computer there are 2 people and they do not provided the job to me which I needed.

i start my carrier in safiya travels as a trainee ,after 3 years i sit over the chair of counter supervisor the management and superior staffs they support me blindly .so i can say that safiya travels is my best platform for all beginners

Dislikes

when i resigned from the company they didn't accept and they block my benefits and gratuity

Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
