Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

only 6-12 month is enough to gain knowledge here.

...r lunch time become hell. No toilet facility. staff will go to public toilets. Weekends on Monday, without having any other day leave, salary deducted if any take one day leave. even there's no holiday on any Eve like Raksha-bandhan, Diwali, New year, Christmas. There is no safety, during lockdown, they open there shop without any safety and masks, even they do not cooperate with any staff members. Office came time is fix but flexible for go, without giving any overtime. And both the Director or his son do have patience, they literally stand behind and continuously poking after every few minutes for completed work after they give. There all work are on urgent basis. Worst Experience.
