No work life balance, 6 days working, No festivals off, No promotion, Appraisal between 3%-6%, No Diwali bonus, (you only get 1 laddu on diwali not even one box) You can't take leaves according to you, it doesn't matter you're getting married, you're suffering from cancer or you're facing any problem in your family or personal life, seniors don't care. Recommendation not to join this company specially in Strategy department because there are 4 people who is doing groupism and office politics. They are not good at all.

The company is open to innovation and readily adops latest technology. I love the face that i am a part of a team that markets reliable, high - quality products and has global client base.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is sloe. The work pressure is very high. sometimes, I have to work 14-16 hours straight in a day as i have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

There is only concern about the salary If want they will pay you as per your expectations it will not happen here otherwise everything is good you will found the salary on time

Like about this company is they not gonna fire you until you ask for your own growth.

Just forget about promotion and salary hike if you get selected HR policy are very bad that you don't have any paid leave they pay incentive which they acquire from salary after 3 month if they want.

Probably one of the best domestic logistic company in India. Thanks to the hard work and dedication of its employees and to the leadership of Chairman Mr. Pawan Jain sir, Safexpress is well know brand in logistic industry in India. Excellent environment.

Poor salary structure. Very low Appraisal. Festival bonus.
