There is nothing that I dislike, but there is very poor engagement of HR department. Salary Hike is Very Low. Appraisal is very low as compared with other companies. Many of people's are working there whom don't have knowledge of e-mails, for every Query and response you have need to call them.

Everything including work Life balance as you have to work even in night or even you admitted in hospital salary is very low according to work and no incentive and no holiday in any festival you have to work on Diwali days also

Just forget about promotion and salary hike if you get selected HR policy are very bad that you don't have any paid leave they pay incentive which they acquire from salary after 3 month if they want.
