Safety Induction for every new employee (staff or worker). Ensure proper TBT is given to the workforce every day before the work starts ensuring that everyone has understood it. Every day, visit the work site and each location at regular intervals to observe any safety violations and ensure the safety instructions are followed up to avoid any near misses, dangerous occurrences, injuries, and accidents To monitor the project activities to identify the potential hazards and take steps to eliminate those. Ensure all incidents/accidents/near misses are reported immediately. Accident investigation, reporting & maintaining records, and analysis of accident statistics. Ensure proper work permit for every task done - "No permit No work" Conduct safety audits like internal audits, 3rd party external audits. Inspection of Lifting tools & tackles and Vehicles. To ensure Plant, Machinery & Employees safety Management. Ensure for all lifting operations proper third-party certificates, driver's competency, and checklist. Ensure all deep excavation, Elevated works, and Lifelines provided are properly checked and provided. Required sign boards for all activities. Monitor the activities, to ensure the proposed safety measures are adequate and sufficient. Ensuring good housekeeping at the site.
