Safety Induction for every new employee (staff or worker). Ensure proper TBT is given to the workforce every day before the work starts ensuring that everyone has understood it. Every day, visit the work site and each location at regular intervals to observe any safety violations and ensure the safety instructions are followed up toavoid any near misses, dangerous occurrences, injuries, and accidents To monitor the project activities to identify the potential hazards and take steps to eliminate those.
