Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

...are very good towards their employee but yes groupism is also a negative point . Old employees are rude towards new comers overall company is good with good pay scale. Employees get the privileges of ESIC and EPFO.

The company is good for team work and also provide a good work environment.

This company not get salary on proper time and not get any job securities.even don't give any appraisal and compensation.i always follow my senior and give any information and ideas they don't any response and reply me on time .

It is not at all a good place for any employee. The company has no plan and vision what to do. It is a simple hire and fire organisation , as hire without any vision and fire without any reason .

Dislikes

Miles away from any proffesional views. Even no jist of doing business. Worst company ever and no one should get trap with in the sake of employment .
