The company is very good in tera of compensation specially the shift allowance, best work life balance, very cooperative, hr policy is very clear and defined, very friendly company not only your team but the entire safeguard family is there for you to help you , job security is 100% as they gave you hike even in covid 2020.

Dislikes

It depends how's your manager and what he/she wants otherwise everything is good.

The only thing that I like is 100% work-from-home.

In my department, it seems like it has been taken over by some family members. They are creating there own team and started firing everyone which is from outside, mainly from India. HR over here is good for nothing. HR existence is just there since they need to show that yes we listen to our employees, which they really don't care of. My suggestion, join SafeGuard if you don't like to grow in your career.

Many things to dislike the organisation 1. No work and personal life balance . 2. No fixed shift timing, sometimes you have to work more than 12hrs a day. 3. Terrible seniors and management, they just put all the blame on you even the mistake happened before your joining it self. 4. No growth and learning.

It culture and the way EEs are treated. Also the flexibility that we get and number of opportunities are tremendous and growing day by day.

Dislikes

I dont have any issues which I would like to highlight as whatever concerns I have or had are/were taken care by my management or the HR. So I am happy working here and also I am going to complete 8 years with the SG family.
