Also, I strongly want to highlight the below points - 1) Ontime salary 2) No Deductions 3) Appraisals/bonus, although, I am not eligible as I have just completed a year last August. 4) In this Pendamic situation, they have promoted their employees. 5) Where other companies lay off their employees. Safeguard hiring new employees. 6) Timely supports from management and updates on the latest health issues.

Not much except limited job opportunities. The rest is fine Fingers crossed!!!

Work life balance, people are good, supportive culture, CEO has a vision and company is moving towards it. Nice place to work.

Management not that transperant, HR is very week, lack direction in middle management.

The company has unique Compensation From the market, adding shift allowance. Vertical opportunities within company is a good featureto enhance your skill and learning.

The recruitment team should work to select the candidate on the basis of their previous experience and tenurity instead of filling their postion .
