Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

...s a fraud company. They take candidate for temporary basis. But doesn't Express. Doesn't give salary at certain time. Candidates become helpless. Insults employees very badly.

It's a fake man power consultancy firm with one of their offices at Ballygunge Phanri where they call for interviews and give payments. After calling and giving the job within two weeks they serves termination mail and keeps delaying the salaries and while collecting document at the time of interview they say that 25% of your salary will be deducted for the next two months. When you give a threatening mail they pays you easily.
