Worst experience as ever. Here no commitment gets fulfilled as HR shows policy but later on changes as per individual. Mr. Sanjay thinks he is director but actually he is not. Just an puppet of unprofessional management. Management giveaway you lollipops but later on you will feels it was expired lollypop. Better not join this company ever.

...en they if they force you to work on Sunday you won't get any compoff Or salary. Salary deduction on even when you are sick after 6 months also. No planned leave benefit. Even no last salary paid. Really pathetic time was here. Allegations are on your head for past employees faults or errors.

...ere. Its better to stay unemployed rather than being mentally tortured everyday. And your 2-3 month salary will be put on hold after you are fired from company without any prior notice and you get paid after 1-2 months) only after you submit resignation letter. I guarantee that you will feel cheated after u join them and you will curse yourself that you should have never joined them.

Worst work culture with no job security at all. If you made one clarical error also with vedor like ventura, ridhisidhi, then u would be getting lots of Aligations

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions.
