On time salary, Working with OEM customers, New product development. Strength, Great vision of expansion by management (but poor planning and bad attitude).

For above all questions I will give ZERO STARS but there no option for it. I answered working days as 7 ( 6 days in office for 10 hrs and 1 day from home on WhatsApp) The overall experience in SAFE was terrific, worst days of life. I've never seen such Unprofessional management in my career. They don't believe in team work, very much interested to see internal department's fight, they ask you to fight for silly reason, overdramatic, unnecessary meetings and chaos in office, they do stupid stunts, pranks to get work from staff. always blames staffs for leaving office on time. they work only on WhatsApp they have group for every project, every task, every department. Disturb you on personal leaves, interfere in personal life. Poor listener. Poor decision makers.poor safety, Poor time management, career destroyers, no job security, too many useless meetings ends without taking any decisions. Abusers and cruel minded (Unsafe for girls). No authorities to take decision management and seniors will always interfere. No respect for staffs and their opinion. Harassment, leg pulling. No appreciation (appreciation is only for those who leave office late). Dirty politics and lot more.... After reading my review you may feel its common is all companies but no, trust me this company is too different. In 5 years 7 people resigned from quality department and on average 10 to 20 resignations per year. Most of people resigned with having another job. when you resign the company management Will spread bad reviews on you to other companies. My review is just reply.

Whole Team consists of energatic individuals from all Staff (Avge age - 25-33), Good for Training various opportunity, Job security - Excellent, Salary was good until 2018,Excellent travelling policy, Work- Life Balance is quite horrible as Owner of the company is involved upto Ground Level, Small company of 25-30 Crores

Dislikes

No dislikes as such, but if you are Resigning then don't expect any kind of Professionalism better not to serve Notice Period, almost everyone who resigned all are with same experience

Company will give you lots of opportunity to grow, you will get open peach to work the way you want. Management is open to discuss new ideas. Always need to be positive in terms of support. Good place to work for career growth.

There is no dislike as I never found any difficulty to work with team.
