Nothing. They even offer a candidate and on the verge of joining they take back the offer. The candidate will be left with no job. The company doesn't care about the future of employees.

They have only a strength of 10 employees and they have shown a pic which totally a false indication to outsiders, The treatment of employee is something a concern and would not recommend anyone to SAFALTEK. Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
