Too much politics,seniors never going to settle new staff members they working like an British people (divides and rule ).some time i work there 18 hours but I never get appreciation. Seniors and management put there mistakes on staff and fired to protect itself. Boss only hear there old staff . Never be think about mind . Even boss himself put down there staff image in front of customers to safe himself from his partners when he get any delay in delivering the goods .
