1. Biased management. 2. Unqualified in some aspects. 3. Have people on senior positions with zero knowledge of data science or anything.

The colleagues other than my team were very helpful and created a great environment.

Dislikes

Management is very mismanaged with people not using the correct ways to encourage people. No proper training were given and they tend to overwork people.
