1. Post-recent layoffs have impacted the work-life balance and less job security, but Company is aggressively looking to expand in India so Indian jobs are quite safe. 2. Most teams still use legacy code base so the tech stack can completely depend on the team you are working for.

...ty work. And recently funding is less, they are moving back to mundane projects. The salary benefits is not upto the market standards as well as perks.

Great place to work.always love the way leadership communicates to all the employees. Always find strong relationship between what we do and how it benifits organization's growth. Even at difficult times during COVID, inspite of being in travel industry which was hit at Max than anyone else, there were great communications and transparency from the leadership.

Company has a great culture and follows its values in most places. There are no bounds to your learning and growth, just think of what area you want to grow in and its there for you. Management is also highly caring about the employees and ensure we get the best to make sure we deliver the same.

Salary bands are not up to mark, Benefits also lack when compared to similar companies. Also management is reluctant to research at their end about current market trends for compensations. Due to this lot of talent is leaving the company.
