For me company is very near to my home that's the only advantage

Dislikes

No value for their employees. Low salary no over time alavance. Logistics department manager are pathetic. Not qualified .nothing know about logistics and supply chain management

Some working people is very worst so..it ll damage company name.. Especially my reporting manager (ASM) told to give my incentive to shops..I gave my incentive to shop..management know that but didn't take any action..it's very hurting

Company is Good&Salary ontime.But Managers& Logistics are not worth.

Dislikes

Managers are only support&promote for Jaaldraa staffs .not encouraging the achievement employees.most employees are exit because of manager&tl's discourage.
