the worst atmosphere like working in a village. nobody knows anything. your job always on risk if your customer knows the owner. always on low discount size. the incentive received quarterly. no process, no knowledge, no job security, no professionalism, no career growth.

Job security 💯% ,work culture is very smooth, management apply owner big the company RK Sharma sir just like a God I don't think now era this type of Boos is any where he such a kind,helping ,good decision makers words are not sufficient to describe them, company policies are also fine,and environment of companies is very friendly, supported management etc.. I am so lucky to b a part of this wonderful organisation.
