Salary always on time. nobody asks you to stay after office hours. that's it

the worst atmosphere like working in a village. nobody knows anything. your job always on risk if your customer knows the owner. always on low discount size. the incentive received quarterly. no process, no knowledge, no job security, no professionalism, no career growth.
