... for fun and not looking to build their career. There is no work life balance. The salary disbursement is never timely. The management micro manages their staff. They don't believe in their employees. Your half life at Saathi will be passed by just taking follow ups from management because if something is not done from their end it is your mistake. Their documentation is super weak. They will make sure you have signed their NDA and is bound under contract. But they will never provide you any documents including the NDAs and letters you have signed

The organization's openings are good for entry level job seekers. It is also a good place to work in if you want to experience and work through an extremely disorganized company culture.

Dislikes

1. Lack of coordination between state teams and central teams. 2. Finance team is lazy and disorganized. 3. You are expected the most, but given the least. 4. The higher ups often deal with their team members emotionally and unprofessionally. 5. The higher ups/team coordinators/managers will literally conspire behind their teams.

Job security is very nice and project based positions and working environment is very happy atmosphere and management is very cooperative and organization policies are employee friendly and also organization growth also involves

The work pressure is very high due to project timelines.

Work culture, staff members are good to talk..they Share experience, if you stuck anywhere they will help you immediately

Dislikes

As the company has a US client so there is no fix tym for your meeting if your office work is between 10 a.m to 6 p.m. then your meeting held at 7 or 8 am or at evening 7 or 8 pm for US client which is not held in working hours. If you work for more days they didn't give you incentives or reward or stipend for that.

I think this is best stage to learn something where u get many opportunities like talking with foreign clients and to visit out of country .our company is the best granite exporter in India where we get almost all products as per client requirements.our company works on latest software and inventory management works from that software base only

Dislikes

Growth is slow and work pressure is high as I work here daily 4/5 hours extra after the office timings . Sometimes in night but still progress I can't see anywhere near me .
