None. Trust me there is nothing good in this company. They are unprofessional and unethical people.

Dislikes

First they don't respect anyone and think of them as king of this world. One of the founder of this company once said to my team when there was some mistake happened from our end. That he understands why I can do the mistake as I am not married I am doing this job just for fun but others who are married in this team should take the job seriously. So according to him someone who is unmarried and is doing a job is doing it just for fun and not looking to build their career. There is no work life balance. <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> The salary disbursement is never timely</mark>. The management micro manages their staff. They don't believe in their employees. Your half life at Saathi will be passed by just taking follow ups from management because if something is not done from their end it is your mistake. Their documentation is super weak. They will make sure you have signed their NDA and is bound under contract.
