...haviour of the higher authorities,Good management of the work associated ground.I hope the company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of policies and the management doesn't address our issues.Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which one cannot resign.

Likes

Job security is good, but in WFH policy the working culture is same even have to work 2-3 hours more from office so the work life balance is totally disturbed.Management team is supporting no doubt.

Dislikes

The only drow back is more work due to that the work life balance is disturb, but because of working from last almost 6 years in this company So now we have been used to of this );
