Work life balance is good. Depending upon the job role it can be changed.

Dislikes

The salary is credited on time, but they can easily deduct some amount without any reason. Additionally, if they promise to give you a retention bonus after a certain period, they may extend your probation period to avoid paying that amount. Moreover, the offer letter does not mention that the retention bonus is subject to this condition.

Location is very good, Package not bad, Salary payment in time , Vendors payment also well in time

Worst management cultore. commercial head Mr.Sanjay agarwal is nonsense Don not have any steel industry experience. He is favorate to MD . Dont know how to behave with his subbordinates. (Sarfira..) Every orders expected price reduction and alternate source for every month, Team achevemnets he undertakes and represent himself for the achevements and take hadsome incentives. Worst in nature. There is lot of politics i plant

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Good to work. Politics is much more. Salary growth is very less. Can take work load as much as u wish. High profile employees have good salary.
