...flicts among employees and played favorites, making life difficult for everyone. They are always ready to cut your salary, and there are never any good opportunities for growth or development. Despite working there for 1.7 years, I was continuously subjected to toxic behavior from management. If you come to work after a long commute and haven’t had breakfast, don’t expect to have time for it at the office. You’re only given 10 minutes to quickly have tea or eat something, and even going over by 1 minute is not allowed. This isn’t how employees should be treated. Another major issue is the insurance they claim to provide. While employees are supposedly given insurance, it is never mentioned in the salary slips or offer letters. When asked about this, they have no clear answer. They are admitting that they don't include these things in official documentation. The manager (Ankit Kumar) is completely clueless and doesn’t use his own mind. He simply agrees with whatever a third person tells him and follows HR’s directions without question. He lacks the ability to manage a team or think independently, which only adds to the toxic environment. He also constantly takes credit for the ideas of his team members and presents them as his own to the higher-ups. I would not recommend this company to anyone seeking a professional or fair work environment. Avoid it if you value your peace of mind.

Nothing to like here. Manager is completely bilnd with 2 eyes only listens to people you always stays with him. This is a terrible organization.

.... they won't allow employee to go outside during lunch time even for 10 minutes. they always finds the reasons to deduct the salary of employees. they deduct half day salary if you're 1 minute late. only those people will survive here who know buttering.

Nothing here to like. They are just just busy in politics and making childish rules as we are not working we are in school. Even they don't allow you to go outside the office even in lunch breaks and you are not supposed to leave office before 6 pm otherwise they will deduct your salary and same as for the half day if are late by 1 minute only they too they will deduct the salary. Most importantly the HR is the worst part of the company and always doing toxic things to make frustrate employees and and also she has power to give a job to their friend so that all the day they just do backbitching of everyone. HR is also an employee so she also needs to follow the rules but she can't and her friend too.

Honestly sharing my review for this company as i have worked 1.4years with them. But they are so cheap and poor they can't afford 2 times coffee for there employees and they worst part is their management HR of the company saying that they a making rules for the betterment of the company but she don't have any professionalism at their work. She don't give any notice or mail before taking action or after leaving the company they will not pick the call or revert on message. Everyone is just busy in office politics and backbitching of one another. Bad company for the career growth and the worst management.

•The flexibility to work is possible. •No burden felt so far. •I have enjoyed the culture and the benefits of flexible shifts. •If you are skilled enough & you are able to gain the skills and knowledge within a very less period of time, you'll be upgraded to the better position with many benefits including the extra salary.

Dislikes

I have disliked only one thing so far, which is, the behaviour and the conduct of the junior staff, which i guess is common in every hospital in India.
