...el at night, even if outstation, then you have to, your security doesn't matter. Even if they are asking you to work beyond paid working hours, you still have to go, and that too without any extra pay or overtime. Even if you leave early in the morning, before starting of your normal working hours, for some work, you still have to work until 7 p.m., doesn't matter if you started work at 7 am or 10 am, you have to work until 7 pm. No extra pay or Comp-off for the Sundays that you will be asked to work or required to work. And if you are a Site Engineer / Project Manager, there are no Sundays. Fifth, even though the permissible working hours in India are 48hours a week, in Saanvi you work 56 hours a week, and they say they give a lunch break of 1 hour which is a white lie because you hardly get like 30mins, and if you have some work then forget your lunch break as well. Sixth doesn't matter if you have any urgent work and you have to leave, that's a no, you have to finish all the work assigned to you even if any of them requires a whole day, you still have to finish all the work. Lastly, in the hierarchy, there are three admins, two of them are the boss' son, and they don't have any engineering background, but they will poke comments into everything. And the third one is absolutely ridiculous, she is the outsider but she thinks of herself as the owner, and no client has ever liked her due to the way she talks. She does nothing, and comes to the office at 11 a.m. but expects everyone else to reach by 9:50 a.m. . She leaves at 10 p.m., and will expect everyone to stay with her. So if you are applying or planning to apply here, you better stay unemployed than work as a slave, because Saanvi owners think that once they hire you, you are their slave and you will act however they want you to.
