There is no specific timing. You will have to available 2 pm - 3 am. They are so rude and heartless people. There is no job security, any movement you get a call from HR team India " We have received a list from US team and you have to resign today." I was never ready to join seeing the company profile but HR was frequently called me and they convience me to join. They are not even able to survive 2 years. I would not recommend anyone.
