There are just too many restrictions. Employee management is horrible. Salary is late. There is no facilities for employees. No on time appraisal. You just have to keep reminding for every single issue to get it done.

Salary not in a time, and deducting money as promised in consent letter and offer letters. And rude behaviour of Accountant At head office. There is no provision of bonus, increment and CL has been withdrawn by company. Do not join this group anyhow 😞.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

...agement is not fully transparent. There is a huge problems In vacation or Leave. Company policies are good but Favorable of HR , appraisals are Unfaithful and they give salary hike after 2-3 year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

The company is capable of taking big and new project in Maharashtra, company has good political as well cultural background

As compared to the work the compensation is very low, no overtime no holiday on Sundays, seniors do not have tendency to listen to juniors
