Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

The team is good, able to implement a new activities and learn new things.very good supportive manager.but almost all had left the job.

Dislikes

Worst thing is salary.even once you left the job you have to wait longer for fnf amount.

It is a good place to work because of friendly managemet. They will support every situation to face. Currently I am working on there own product. I love to work here. And also employer friendly timings, and we work happily in collaboration. And also i like employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

There is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks have to guide step-by -step.
