The way they fool people while joining their organization

...s they are using there is no office , they have set their business in a society. They hire freshers and pay them very less even below avg salary. You have to follow one side company bond of 2 years and moreover notice period of 3months. They do not have any good projects and somehow if you get any they will be deal client in such way you will be layed off. Even CEO not keep his words. If you are sadguru devotee then its good place you to have vacation of 2 years. Moreover in 2 years i have never seen where office is. They do not have any professional environmental . And CEO will cry for single penny and gives threatening in meetings , i will never recommend you to join this organisation even you have to stay unemployed for 1 2 months do that but not join this fake company.

Not good for freshers because they don't have good number of projects and technologies. Good for experienced ones.

Dislikes

Don't opt this if you are a fresher because they will simply put it in other technologies which you doesn't feel comfortable. Skill development is poor Hikes are very less. Company culture is worse. There is no proper management,any decision should come from CEO.

You will get time to learn. Work life balance will be good

Bond - 2 years. Worst management. No power for manager and HR. They can't even make a small decision. Everything nis CEO approved. False HR promises. No Proper projects. There won't be any employee benefits even there is No Health insurance.

We have a great team at S2Tech. the company is not just about work but shaping the personality. Employees get to learn to work in teams, leadership, giving back to society, integrity and other values.

Dislikes

There is nothing that I dislike but maybe would like to have other facilities provided by the company like membership at gymnasium, team outings on a quarterly basis, transport,etc.

There is no career growth.Lot of politics.I would like to recommend this company only for experience people those who have Third party Insurances(Health,LIC).No coroperate culture and work culture.
