It's overall a good company with good salary in the Shillong. It is a great opportunity for all the northeastern youngsters to be a part of this organization with great growth if you are performing well. I think the starting salary is very good compared to any other companies with great percentage of yearly appraisals. The management is very good in Shillong, they understand the employees in terms of emergencies and they are always helpful. I hope this company will extend and grow prosperously.

On the positive side, there are certain benefits to consider. The company offers a work-from-home option, a 5-day workweek with 2 days off, and provides necessary equipment. One notable aspect is that the company recruits freshers with little to no experience, providing opportunities for those starting their careers.

...e up quickly. This aspect can be quite demanding and affect work-life balance. Unfortunately, the compensation is relatively low, and there are no bonuses, which may not align with the efforts put into the job. Additionally, the management does not seem particularly employee-friendly, which can lead to a less supportive work environment.

Good place for freshers. Stress-free job but it depends on the client you have been allocated. Can learn a lot however. Once deployed to floor we can move on to work from home.

Dislikes

Management team needs an upgrade. Need more levels too. Salary is less when compared to competitive organization. In general, the complete leadership team needs more work. Not enough skills to compete once out of company. Infrastructure can be improved in the production building, looks like a dull atmosphere to work especially at night. Need professional and corporate culture.

I have been working here for the last 2.5 years, I liked nothing about this company, no overtime proper compensation. If we ask for compensation, we can be threatened. No bonus for anything.

...ork culture. Demands to work for more than 10 hours without proper compensation. A single scribe earns from the client more than 2 lakh per month on average, but the salary is very poor. TL's are very unexperianced. Managers are like GOD.
