I have been working here for the last 2.5 years, I liked nothing about this company, no overtime proper compensation. If we ask for compensation, we can be threatened. No bonus for anything.

Dislikes

Partiality, Partiality, Partiality, very poor work culture. Demands to work for more than 10 hours without proper compensation. A single scribe earns from the client more than 2 lakh per month on average, but the salary is very poor. TL's are very unexperianced. Managers are like GOD.

It's overall a good company with good salary in the Shillong. It is a great opportunity for all the northeastern youngsters to be a part of this organization with great growth if you are performing well. I think the starting salary is very good compared to any other companies with great percentage of yearly appraisals. The management is very good in Shillong, they understand the employees in terms of emergencies and they are always helpful. I hope this company will extend and grow prosperously....Read More

When I was working there I liked everything in the office. Especially there work environment. I never worked such company where you can talk with manager any. Manager always said that you can come anytime and talk with so because that good attitude towards employees S10 is growing faster. During Covid time for 2 months they paid me without doing I know its hard to believe but its true. So people during covid time they joined this company. Work policy: When I was working there for 3 years I after civic I did WFH till the time I left these Job. Its not like exact hybrid. They provide me Internet bill and inverter till the time I worked there.
