I really liked the flexible work shift timings, You just need to complete your 8.5 working hours. Some employees come at 9:30, some at 10:00 am or some at 10:30. So they are very flexible, Just need to complete your 8.5 working Hours. Otherwise in other companies, I've seen that If you're 10 min late, then it will be marked as a Halfday but here in SV Global Designs, Flexible working hours policy is the only policy that I really like. Every Wednesday, Company provides snacks such as Pizzas, Burgers, momos, or chilley potatoes. Every Saturday, Company provide Team lunch.

6 Days working. Limited Paid leaves Holidays like Dussehra and Christmas are even working.

They always motivate me to grow. When I joined this company, i was a complete fresher with no practical exposure and now , i feel proud to be a part of this company as it helped me so much to grow in my career.

No dislikes, All colleagues are supportive. Management always listen to your concerns. It's been more than a year now ,and I'm enjoying working with them.
