I did not feel any good atmosphere working in SST during sales job lot of improvement s to be made in this

Dislikes

No proper support from the boss in terms of material pressure too much over all working atmospheric was not satisfied.

Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation?
