...for work they treat like you are a contract labour. On the name of benifit zero. They have told 5 day working but i have worked 7 days and entire whole month(45 days) they offer good salary but no any benifits only 15 leaves....😞

Super surveillance everywhere football size cameras ultra-sensitive microphones everywhere, you cannot even talk loose, Company owner eyes on women Super crappy politics, the entire office worked continuously for 45 days without an off. Don't join this company, you will get better offers. No job security you will get fired for unknown absurd reasons, even seniors salespeople got fired unnecessarily they were doing good work

The projects being developed were unique to the Indian context. Great learning for every engineer who could witness the forefront of technological advances end to end. Great team who are willing to go above and beyond. Being in OT to witness robots doing surgery as an engineer who developed the system is not a given for any engineer in india. Great Vision and Mission.

Great Team. Little external training apart from on-job training would have been better.

SS innovations is a technology base company working in surgical robotics and is the future of medicine. Management and team is very focused, determined, dedicated and sincere, works hard even in odd hours and weekends. There is a lot of scope for learning in robotics. High job satisfaction with good working culture.

In my experience with organization 1.6 years really wonderful work culture by management. They treat us employees like friendly nature, motivation of employees, importance of work life balance, occasional celebrating team members birthdays, cultural events and sports activity festivals celebrations at CEO home with presence of all team with theier family members really memorable and awesome👏✊👍. And what's most special thing about company is India's only Robotics assisted surgery medical devices in Make iN India 🇮🇳 move such a great vision & innovation by founder team R&D by Indian engineers.
