Dislikes

...k pressure is always high but I manage every thing about quality and production. Salary was good but not get traveling allowance. Medical facilities are there and medical insurance also. Politics in every company, but I focus only on my work.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA.
