Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

...ement is transparent . There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management does not address our issues. Salary is decent but carrier growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

Dislikes

Being one of the good and prestigious institution of India. The perks are not as per the capability of an individual and there is no dynamicity in teaching as most of the education is just classroom oriented.
