The company is the open involvation and readily adopt the technology. I am part of team that marks the higher quality result but on site is completely department on project. I like also employer to your policy here

Compensation is decent but growth is slow . The pressure is very high. Project is the very diffrent is the completed. I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client call in the evening and sometime late into night

1. Salary remains delayed for 5-6 months at most of the site. You will never get your salary back and at last you have to quit this company because of salary issue. 2. No bonus or increment you have to work for three four years without any salary hike and change in job profile. 3. Increment is not done based on the work you do but on the basis of how much you sugar-coat the management. 4. No work life balance no leave you have to work 12-15 hrs even on Sunday. 5. Substandard company keeps substandard staff engineer and labourers. Look for cost cutting always uses substandard material.No safety for worker at site. No medical/insurance cover. Advice:- So never join this company better start a food stall otherwise you and your family will die for sure without salary.

Having a good experience and job security is sure in this company but the salary is not timely and increment is also not reliable . The learning work for civil site engineer is excellent becoz this company having a good project for the fresher engineer it could be a good company Thank u...😊

There are no any reliable increment for engineer and transportation vechile machinery is not good.
