Villas project project are going, The salary is credited on time like government job, there is no night work,you can leave After 7 o clock,and sunday is leave,you have to come monthly once for Sunday duty,and comp off will be given for the Sunday duty.

Dislikes

... structure for doing the own building construction work, can be a pure client. You will not get any appraisal and promotion apart from salary, except for selected people. They have the rate card system for the each construction activities,it will not match labours head per day. Due to this rate card system,the entire project getting delay. The company will not give single labour for any work.
